About Dr. Adam Tanase - Frisco Chiropractor

Like many people in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I’m a transplant. Before moving to Frisco, I spent 22 years serving a wonderful community of patients in Saint Louis, Missouri, where I graduated with honors from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2004.

During that time, I had the privilege of helping patients from 18 states and 5 different countries.

From day one, my goal was simple: be the chiropractor you can trust with your neck.

I built that practice around a precise, gentle, non-invasive approach known as Upper Cervical Care.

No twisting. No popping. No cracking.

I often cared for people who were hesitant or nervous about seeing a chiropractor in the first place. This gentle method became the hallmark of my work.

I also developed a practice model that put patients first. There were no long-term contracts or high-pressure care plans, and never a push to buy supplements or other products. Every adjustment was tailored to the individual.

In a state where you couldn't throw a rock without hitting one of a thousand chiropractors to choose from, my clinic grew entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.

Many of those patients stayed with me for ten, fifteen, even twenty years or more.

Medical doctors, physical therapists, lawyers, engineers, nurses, teachers, athletic coaches, chefs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and devoted stay-at-home moms were all part of the community I was fortunate to serve. People from every walk of life came through my doors, but they were united by the same simple goal: to feel better, move better, and get back to living more fully.

Leaving that practice after two decades was more emotional than I expected. I’m deeply grateful for every conversation, every story, and every person who placed their trust in me.

When I arrived in Dallas, I planned on taking an extended break and working on my golf game. But it didn’t take long to realize that serving patients isn’t something I can retire from. It’s part of who I am.

The Frisco community is growing, vibrant, and filled with families who value their health. I quickly knew that I wanted to contribute.

And now, I’m building a new office the same way I did then: one relationship at a time.

My focus is helping people experience the clarity, comfort, and mobility that comes from living life in alignment. Without aggressive techniques, excessive treatment plans, or sales gimmicks of any kind.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your health with care you can trust.
