Frequently Asked Questions
Things You Might Be Wondering:
These are common questions from patients considering upper cervical chiropractic care in Frisco, TX.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Many of our patients are referred by friends, family, and other healthcare providers, but you are always welcome to schedule directly.
Is this approach safe?
Yes. The methods used in our office are gentle, conservative, and non-invasive. Care is tailored to each individual and designed to respect the body’s natural balance and limits. Many of our patients choose this approach specifically because of its precise, low-stress nature.

What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is calm, unhurried, and focused on understanding you. We will spend time talking through what has been bothering you and what you hope to improve. We then use gentle, non-invasive measurements to observe how your upper neck is functioning. If care is appropriate, everything is explained clearly so you can decide how you would like to proceed. There is no pressure, no rush, and no obligation to continue.

How much does it cost?
Depending on the type of visit and the length of your appointment, care typically ranges from $30–$180. We offer only short-term care. We do not work with insurance or handle personal injury claims.

Where are you located?
We are easy to find. Our office is located in the Caddo building at the intersection of Teel & Main in Frisco, near Braum's Ice Cream. The office address is 2770 Main Street, Suite 236, Frisco, TX 75033.

Are you going to crack my neck?
No. Adjustments offered here are extremely gentle, performed in a relaxed side-lying position, and do not involve any twisting, popping, or cracking.

Can I still visit you if I don't live in Frisco?
Yes. Many of our patients travel to see us. I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients from 18 different states and five countries. That said, before you commit to traveling, I am happy to help you find an excellent Upper Cervical practitioner closer to home. I have a nationwide network of trusted colleagues and can often make a strong referral. If you do decide to visit Frisco Upper Cervical, most patients stay at either Hall Park near The Star, or the Omni PGA Frisco Resort. You can fly into one of two major airports: Dallas Love Field or DFW International Airport.
What can be done for complicated cases?
You are not alone in that experience. Some patients arrive after seeing multiple providers and completing extensive testing. When answers are still unclear, that can feel frustrating. We use gentle, non-invasive methods to evaluate how the upper neck is functioning, including alignment, movement, and balance. Observing these factors can provide helpful insight and allow us to determine whether upper cervical care may be appropriate.
Do I have to come back several times?
No one is placed on a rigid schedule here. We do not advocate multiple visits per week. You will never be scheduled in a way that feels excessive, financially or time-wise. You are always given choices based on your goals and what matters most to you.
How long will it take to get better?
Each person's response is different. Factors such as age, lifestyle, the type of tissue involved, the complexity of the misalignment, and how long the issue has been present can all influence how your body responds over time.
